Trailer de la Película “The Social Network” (en HD subtitulado en español)

La película “The Social Network” cuenta la versión del origen de Facebook. Protagonizada por Jesse Eisenberg, que interpreta al creador de Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg y Justin Timberlake, al creador de Napster, Sean Parker), y bajo el lema
“No puedes tener 500 millones de amigos sin crearte unos cuantos enemigos” esta recibiendo muy buenas referencias de la crítica en EE.UU.

El guionista, Aaron Sorkin, dice que “el hecho de que todo ocurriera en la Universidad de Harvard no es irrelevante en absoluto. La génesis de la idea seminal de al Red Social Facebook. (en un principio ‘thefacebook’), era la exclusividad; alguien de fuera que quiere un lugar al que pertenecer”.  Natalie Portman, graduada de Harvard, ayudó al guionista Sorkin a conocer los secretos sobre los clubes privados de la Universidad de Harvard, que fueron una inspiración para el creador de Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, protagonizado por Jesse Eisenberg en la cinta. Según publicó el semanario Entertainment Weekly, los clubes en Harvard creados para los privilegiados estudiantes de esa universidad son tan exclusivos que Sorkin tuvo dificultades para poder analizar su dinámica social interna. Pero Portman, (ahora tiene 29 años), que  estudió en Harvard entre 1999 y 2003, cuando era novia de un miembro del exclusivo Porcellian Club, propuso directamente a Sorking que fuera a cenar una noche a su casa para contarle como funcionan por dentro los club privados de Harvard. Así, Sorkin pudo disponer de datos muy valiosos de primera mano para poder construir la historia del guión de The Social Network de la forma mas convincente posible.

Aaron Sorkin recibió un Emmy al mejor guión por El ala oeste de la Casa Blanca y también escribió el guión de la película Charlie Wilson’s War a partir de la obra de George Crile, que fue rodada en 2007, dirigida por Mike Nichols y protagonizada por Tom Hanks y Julia Roberts.
